KICK (Kickboxing to Inspire & Challenge Kids) is an award winning FREE 12 week programme that aims to improve teenagers physical and mental health by combining challenging youth work activities and kickboxing techniques.
KICK is unique as it brings a kickboxing coach and a youth worker together to deliver a physically intense, challenging, thought provoking and fun programme to teenagers from disadvantaged areas.
KICK is open to ALL regardless of ability and has been successful due to our diverse mix of students. We have engaged students from different cultures and backgrounds, and different physical, behavioural and learning abilities. It does not matter if you are great at kickboxing, what matters is your willingness to participate and learn.
KICK is currently running a range of programmes in Tallaght and Clondalkin.
