This little house in North Clondalkin hides a multitude of activities to improve your health and wellbeing. They can be divided in three core areas: supports for expecting and new mothers & babies, mental health courses and physical activity. You should see the Dance Fit class on a Thursday evening or the little babies enjoying a massage! And we are especially proud of the stress management course we have developed for use in South Dublin communities.
