Community Food And Nutrition

Our peer-led community nutrition programs, like the 6-week course Healthy Food Made Easy, provide practical guidance and support to improve eating habits, with a focus on affordability. From cooking and tasting sessions to interactive activities, we empower participants to enhance their nutritional knowledge and apply it in everyday life.

Our Community Food and Nutrition Worker runs programs to raise awareness of nutrition and promote a healthy lifestyle, addressing concerns in the Clondalkin and Tallaght area. Join us in our mission to make healthy food accessible through our school and youth programs, as well as Baby Food Made Easy Workshops for parents, establishing a foundation for lifelong healthy habits.
