KICK – Kickboxing to Inspire & Challenge Kids is an award-winning FREE programme that aims to improve teenagers physical and mental health by combining challenging youth work activities and kickboxing techniques. 

KICK is unique as it brings a kickboxing coach and a youth worker together to deliver a physically intense, challenging, thought provoking and fun programme to teenagers from disadvantaged areas.

KICK is open to ALL regardless of ability and has been successful due to our diverse mix of students. It does not matter if you are great at kickboxing, what matters is your willingness to participate and learn.

 We currently offer: 

 

  • KICK TURBO in Tallaghtand Clondalkin – 6-week programme for teenagers aged 12-17 years old.

 

  • KICK 101– for at-risk teenagers who require extra support can avail of 3 one on one physical sessions with a KICK coach to determine a fitness plan and to signpost to other services both internally and in the community.

 

  • KickFit– 4-week fitness programme using kickboxing training techniques. It is open to people 18+ who just starting out with a fitness lifestyle, to those who are more experienced with fitness workouts. Everyone is welcome.
